Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Monthly or other billing arrangements can be negotiated.
Pre-payment may apply to some services. Cost of purchases, if applicable, (groceries, gifts, merchandise, postage, etc.) are not included in the hourly rate. The client may need to provide a method of payment.
Rates for after-hours, holidays and weekend services may be charged at 15% higher than normal hourly rates.
Gift Certificates are available.
A full refund in kind will be given if you are not fully satisfied with the service. Deposited checks must clear the bank before a refund can be issued to the customer. There is a 10-business-day wait for all deposited check refunds.
